Originally established in 2011 by Phil & Sue Ambrose, to re create a 100 year old secret family sausage recipe, Ambrose Sausages has expanded to offer a comprehensive range of quality Free Range Pork Products.
From their farm nestled in the heart of the Hampshire Countryside at Upham, they produce some exceptionally good tasting free range pork. Rare breed pigs are born, reared and spend their entire lives with them, growing naturally and slowly.
Ambrose Farm products include an array of handmade traditional & speciality sausages, each created by them using their own freshly blended seasonings.
Indulge yourself with some mouth watering dry cure bacon, full of natural, sweet flavour and with no added water or try their comprehensive selection of free range pork cuts which are juicy, full of flavour with excellent crackling. NEW products for 2016 include Award winning Hampshire Salami, air dried meats, cooked Faggots, Scotch Eggs and Black & White Puddings that can be purchased via the website or at one of Hampshire Farmers Markets.
Everything they sell is produced by hand, using highly skilled butchery and production methods to ensure the very best quality products.
