See Jean Christophe Novelli demonstrate his culinary skills at the Basingstoke Food Festival on Saturday 2nd August. He has roots in Hampshire and appreciates the ingredients available here. 

“I have fond memories of my time as a chef in Hampshire. It was at the Gordleton Mill in Lymington that I won the first of my Michelin stars. Hampshire attracts many top chefs with its fresh local produce and stunning countryside. I am delighted to be returning to the county to take part in this year’s Hampshire Food Festival. Come along and see me cooking on Sunday 2nd August at Basingstoke Food Festival.”
