To celebrate fifteen years of the Hampshire Food Festival, Newsquest ran a competition for children age 4-16 challenging them to create festival-inspired artwork.
The entries were judged by staff from Festival sponsors Eric Robinson Solicitors, Newsquest and Starfish Design. Adam Coates, age 10, from Portsmouth has been announced as the winner and will receive a visit to Marwell Zoo for a family of four with dinner and bed and breakfast at Marwell Hotel.
Emily Gulliver, age 4, who entered via her nursery, The Oak Tree Nursery in Whitchurch and Josh Reed, age 10 from Winchester were selected as runners up and will have the choice of family tickets to one event during the festival. All winning designs will also feature inside the programme of events.
