Coriander Food Training & Consultancy is a specialist food company providing certificated Food Safety Training and Nutrition Training under the auspices of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). We provide training courses from the fundamentals of food safety and award Level 2, 3 and Level 4. We also deliver all levels of Nutrition training with the RSPH, including the Diploma in Nutrition.
All Hampshire Fare members whether manufacturing, retail or catering can find a relevant certificated food course with us. We can come to your premises and deliver courses on site to assist you with the daily running of time pressured business, or you can get away and come to our training facility in Gosport, near Portsmouth. We believe we pitch our prices fairly and deliver good quality services to you. We have an outstanding results record.
In addition to food hygiene training we can advise on HACCP and conduct third party audits for suppliers. With our experience in retail, catering and manufacturing you can benefit from our expertise.
MARKETING, SALES AND DIVERSIFICATION

COOKERY SCHOOL
Cookery School Sessions have been very successful at Coriander Food where parents, carers and pupils have been involved in food education in or out of school hours. It creates a great basis for discussion on nutrition, food marketing, good quality homemade fast food and also enjoying a family meal. Budgeting, menu planning and practical cooking skills are all relevant elements which have been wholeheartedly embraced by families attending our upbeat interesting and not to mention tasty courses!
