If so, Mike from The Farmers Butcher is running a demonstration with a focus on both pork and venison meat.
Mike has been doing demonstrations for a number of years, even showing Countryfile's own, Matt Baker, how to butcher a pig.
The numbers are limited to 8 to ensure you really get what you would like to know out of the evening.
Pork Demonstration: 19th October 2017, 6-9pm
Venison Demonstration: 28th October 2017, 4-7pm
