Looking for the ideal family day out? If have-a-go activities, entertainment, foodie treats and a spot of retail therapy sound like the perfect day then Sparsholt College’s Countryside Day is just the ticket. The beautiful campus will be open for visitors to experience first-hand the great outdoors, whether that’s practicing your casting with Orvis, trying your hand at clay pigeon shooting, coppicing, climbing a tree or trailer-tractor rides!

Hampshire Fare will be offering the Taste of Hampshire, a celebration of the region’s finest food and drink with local chef demonstrations and a fantastic range of tasty treats from local producers.

Attractions for 2017 are Hampshire Fire and Rescue demonstrations, Runner Ducks, Sheep Shearing, Sheep and Gun dog displays, Cattle showing, Horse-logging, Stihl, Help for Heroes Bear, Show-jumping, Pony Rides, Adam’s Axemen and much much more. Our submission for the RHS Chelsea Flower show will also be on display for all to marvel at!  Enjoy a variety of foods whilst listening to the Ocean Brass Band and Threepenny Bit Folk and Ceilidh Band, rounding the day off with a country cream tea.  Come and join us for a fantastic family day out!
