Hambledon Vineyard have teamed up with Sven-Hanson Britt, former Masterchef The Professionals finalist and Ritz chef, to bring you some unique evenings filled with delicious food and wine. Sven is passionate about the freshest ingredients and highly seasonal British produce and has created a menu to match the differing styles of the Hambledon collection, complementing the complex and delicious flavours developed during the malolactic fermentation process within the wines.
Book to join them for a 5 course tasting menu, designed to combine the very best of Hampshire produce and paired with each of their Hambledon and Meon Hill wines. Follow the journey of the grapes as we move throughout the vineyard and winery, keeping inline with our gravity-fed facility – a process that allows us to make wines with minimal possible intervention.

Roasted duck glazed in citrus pepper and apricot, toasted chestnut and cobnut with a sauce of pinot noir served with Premiere Cuvee NV
Autumn raspberries macerated in elderflower syrup, lemon verbena meringue, vanilla biscuit and burnt butter ice cream served with Classic Cuvee Rose NV
