Careys Manor & SenSpa: Seafood Afternoon Tea
To celebrate the 10th annual Lymington Seafood Festival, enjoy a coastal twist on a British classic with a
seafood-inspired afternoon tea at Careys Manor.
Finger sandwiches and fresh scones are accompanied by charming pâtisserie paying homage to shellfish, with a white chocolate mousse lobster tail with a clam-shaped madeleine – a seaside treat not to be missed.
For something more interactive, join Cambium’s Head Chef Dylan James and Sous Chef Louis Haynes, as well as Zen Garden’s Songkiat Surin, at the festival on 11th July for hands-on demonstrations and cooking sessions, celebrating the bounty of local produce in the New Forest.
