Dishes such as:
- Whole harissa roasted cauliflower
- Turkish lamb steak taco
- Spatchcock chicken with smoky molasses BBQ sauce
- Ezme salad with yoghurt
- Cedar plank Asian marinated salmon
- Vegetable & halloumi skewers
- Raspberry clafoutis
