Naked Jam

Jennifer Williams is the founder of New Forest, artisan producer, Naked Jam.

She grew up in Wales where her mother taught her how to forage for flowers and fruits in a way we would now label ‘sustainable’. Whether collecting rosehips, sloes, blackberries, or rowanberries, she harvested only what could be easily reached – everything else was left for birds and animals.

Naked Jam is committed to sustainable practices. Our founder, Jennifer, has an environmental degree, a wealth of experience and an understanding of environmental issues and standards. Naked Jam, also, holds the New Forest Sustainable Business Award.

We aim to tread lightly, reduce our footprint, and indeed make a positive contribution to our community globally and locally using locally produced fruit and products wherever possible, buying British ingredients, and following sustainable practices to reduce the impact of our operations on the environment and to ensure energy efficiency.
