Hampshire Fare Marks 35 Years with Office Move and Team Evolution
Hampshire Fare is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2026 with an exciting new chapter, marked by a move to a new office and the evolution of its team this March.
For over three decades, Hampshire Fare has championed local food, drink and craft, supporting businesses to grow while connecting consumers with the very best the region has to offer. Under the leadership of Commercial Manager, Natasha Dochniak, who has been in post for two and a half years, the organisation continues to evolve with a clear focus on strengthening its network, increasing visibility for members, and driving long-term sustainability.
As part of this continued progress, Hampshire Fare has relocated its office to the IncuHive Space within the historic setting of Hursley Park. The move places the organisation at the heart of a thriving business community and opens up new opportunities for collaboration and connection.
Ideally positioned between Winchester and Southampton, the new location enhances accessibility while embedding Hampshire Fare alongside like-minded businesses. Among its new neighbours is OHCO Coffee, one of Hampshire Fare’s valued members, further strengthening the sense of community.
Natasha Dochniak said: “As we celebrate 35 years of Hampshire Fare, this move feels like a natural and exciting step forward. Being based within IncuHive at Hursley Park places us right at the centre of a vibrant business community and creates fantastic opportunities for collaboration. Over the past two and a half years, our focus has been on building a stronger, more connected network that supports our members to thrive, and this new location allows us to do that even more effectively.”
Alongside the move, Hampshire Fare has welcomed Laura Smith as Membership Engagement and Marketing Executive, following a recent team transition. Laura brings valuable experience and fresh ideas and will play a key role in supporting members to grow while strengthening engagement across the network.
She joins a small but dedicated team, including Natalie Hargreaves, ensuring continuity while bringing fresh energy as the organisation continues to evolve.
