Hampshire Fare launches 2026 Local Produce Guide celebrating over 350 local food, drink & craft businesses
Hampshire Fare has launched its 2026 Local Produce Guide, showcasing more than 350 of the region’s leading food, drink and craft businesses and reflecting the continued growth in demand for high-quality, locally sourced produce.
The guide was officially unveiled at Hambledon Vineyard on 14th April, where Hampshire Fare members came together to showcase their products through tastings and demonstrations, bringing the publication to life.
Now in its latest edition, 20,000 copies will be distributed throughout the year at major regional events, including the Watercress Festival, as well as being available online.
The guide highlights the breadth and quality of the region’s food and drink offering, from fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels to country pubs, independent cafés, artisan bakeries, cheesemakers, coffee roasters and farm shops. It continues to position Hampshire and the Isle of Wight as a leading destination for local produce.
A key new feature for 2026 is the introduction of the “A Taste of…” trail series, developed in partnership with local councils. Covering the New Forest, Portsmouth, Test Valley, Basingstoke and Winchester, the trails are designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore more local businesses and discover the region’s food and drink offer.
Natasha Dochniak, Commercial Manager at Hampshire Fare, said:
“There is a real shift in how people are choosing to eat, drink and shop, with more value being placed on quality, provenance and supporting local businesses. This guide makes it easier than ever to discover what is on your doorstep, while helping our members reach new audiences and grow.”
The 2026 Local Produce Guide reinforces Hampshire and the Isle of Wight as a vibrant destination for local food and drink, encouraging people to get out, explore the region, and discover the producers, places and stories on their doorstep.
