Natasha Dochniak named Commercial Director at Hampshire Fare
Hampshire Fare has promoted Natasha Dochniak to Commercial Director as the organisation enters an exciting new chapter in its 35-year history.
The promotion comes as Hampshire Fare prepares to celebrate its 35th anniversary, marking more than three decades of championing local producers and promoting the food, drink, and craft sectors across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The appointment comes at a time of significant progress for Hampshire Fare.
Following a period of transformation supported by its volunteer Board, dedicated members, and growing network of partners, the organisation is now on a much stronger financial footing, with strengthened membership and a renewed focus on supporting the food, drink and craft sectors across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Natasha’s promotion reflects both her contribution to that progress since joining Hampshire Fare in 2023 and the organisation’s ambitions for the future.
Natasha said: ‘I am delighted to be taking on the role of Commercial Director at Hampshire Fare. What makes Hampshire Fare so special is the community behind it. Every day I have the opportunity to work alongside passionate food, drink and craft businesses that care deeply about what they do and the contribution they make to our local economy and communities.’
‘As we look ahead to our 35th anniversary, I am excited about the next chapter for Hampshire Fare and continuing to work with our members, partners, Board and team to build on the momentum we have created together’.
Oliver Weeks, Chair of Hampshire Fare, said: ‘Natasha’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects the outstanding leadership, energy and commercial acumen she has brought to Hampshire Fare since joining the organisation. She has played a central role in helping steer Hampshire Fare through a period of significant change and renewal. Importantly, Natasha has worked collaboratively with our volunteer Board and members to create a culture of positivity, ambition and shared purpose. Hampshire Fare’s recent success is a testament to that collective effort.’
Hampshire Fare will unveil further announcements later this year as part of its anniversary celebrations, including initiatives designed to strengthen engagement with consumers and further support local food, drink and craft businesses across the region.
