Masterclass with Masterchef’s Tom Hamblet

MasterChef: The Professionals Winner 2023 Tom Hamblet is stepping into the Season cookery school kitchen on January 25 to showcase two of his favourite dishes inspired by his time on the show. 

You’ll be greeted on the day with a hot drink and a pastry, a chance to meet your fellow classmates for a chat before heading into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience with Tom himself.

Under Tom’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to prepare the stunning halibut main course, followed by a delicious banana and peanut dessert. Come ready with your questions, as there will be a dedicated group Q&A session with Tom, offering you the chance to pick the brain of a true culinary master.

Sharing a workstation with another classmate, you’ll work through preparing and cooking these delicious dishes inspired by Toms time on the show. There’s no need to be a kitchen whizz here. This is a relaxed, fun and interactive class suited to all abilities. After making the main course, you’ll have time to take a seat and enjoy whilst our cleaning maestros prep your workstation ready to for you to come back into the kitchen and start on the dessert.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home a Season apron and a signed recipe pack as a memento of your day.
