Chalkdown Sparkling Wine

Chalkdown is an award-winning sparkling wine, crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

The winery is located in the heart of Hampshire. Production is intentionally small, with no more than 6,000 bottles produced each year. Each vintage has its own unique character, reflecting the conditions of that particular season. The aim is always to create wines of beauty rather than a homogenised style.

The Classic Cuvée offers beautiful complexity, with notes of stone fruits, refreshing green apple acidity, and a balancing layer of minerality. The Rosé is an elegant wine, featuring delicate bubbles and flavours of strawberries and summer fruits. Both wines pair beautifully with food and are perfect for celebrating any occasion.

Piotr is the chief winemaker, overseeing the entire process. While each bottle reflects his vision, he understands the importance of teamwork and the expertise each person brings; from growing the grapes to delivering the bottles on time. It is a small team with a huge amount of passion.
