Hambledon Wine Estate: Winemaker’s Insight Tour & Tasting

Join Hambledon Wine Estate and go behind the scenes to explore Hambledon’s gravity-fed winery and learn the process and considerations that go into making the award-winning sparkling wines. This tour takes place in both the winery and barrel room; the latter is not accessible on the public Tour and Tasting.

This guided Winery Tour will give you in-depth insight to the world of our Winemaker Felix Gabillet, and the decisions he makes throughout the year, including trying some samples from the tank and barrels, finishing with a tasting of four of our sparkling wines. Perfect if you’d like a deeper understanding of English wine or are interested in studying Oenology.

The Winery Tour is led by one of Hambledon’s knowledgeable guides and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The group size is limited to 10 people.
