Newlyns: 8-12 Yrs Cookery Course

Join Newlyns for a course that will provide young people with the opportunity to learn new skills from professional chefs.

The recipes are specially chosen to reflect popular dishes amongst young people that encompass values of seasonality and sustainability.

The course aims to inspire young students to try out new flavours and techniques and to gain a sense of achievement from producing a meal they can re-create for you and your family.

Previous recipes have included:

• Fresh tagliatelle with home-made pesto 
• Butternut squash curry and naan breads
• Sweetcorn and chicken enchiladas
