B58 Winery

The B58 Winery, situated in the picturesque New Forest National Park, combines tradition, sustainability and innovation to produce award-winning still wines.

A lifelong farmer with an ambition and passion for the land, Sandy Booth founded the B58 Winery off the back of his hugely successful soft fruit farming business, New Forest Fruit.

Sandy’s innovative growing approach in tunnels, paired with Guillaume Lagger’s traditional and low intervention winemaking skill set results in still wines made from grape varieties not usually successfully grown in the UK.

“My long-term goal is to break away from conventional approaches, challenge the status quo, and pursue innovative paths to achieve something truly unique and impactful.’’ – Sandy says.

Our inaugural 2023 wines include ‘Beaulieu Red’, ‘B58 Red’, ‘Beaulieu Rosé’ and ‘B58 Gewürztraminer’.
