A few years ago, I was struggling to come to terms with being diagnosed bipolar. Looking for a way to find balance, I sought out a greater connection with nature. Stumbling into beekeeping changed everything for me.

After deciding to give up alcohol as part of my quest for mental health, I turned my homebrewing skills towards creating a non-alcoholic soft drink that would make use of the honey from my hives. What I ended up with is something completely new: sparkling cold brewed tea with pure honey. This isn’t your average drink. It’s not kombucha, flavoured fizzy waters, iced tea, or your typical soda. I carefully balance delicate, complex flavours with the rich depth of pure British honey to create a unique, all-natural, gluten free, and alcohol-free sparkling tea.

That’s how Black Bear Honey Co. began, and now I’m sharing it with you.
