Founded by Sally Hawkins, InTheMix Mixology and Conscious Cocktail Company bring together a passion for exceptional cocktails, British provenance and memorable experiences.

InTheMix Mixology creates bespoke cocktail bars, private and corporate events and interactive mixology masterclasses, combining creativity, quality ingredients and relaxed, engaging hospitality.

Launched in 2025, Conscious Cocktail Company is an award-winning range of premium ready-to-drink cocktails inspired by British hedgerows, meadows and gardens. Crafted with natural ingredients, premium British spirits and botanicals, the brand champions UK and South Coast producers, sustainability and transparency.

The range has already won three Bronze Medals at the International London Wine and London Spirits Competitions and was a Finalist for Business of the Year 2026 – Outstanding Start-up. Conscious Cocktail Company also proudly supports Sussex Wildlife Trust, helping to protect the landscapes that inspire its cocktails.
