Giggle and Hoot
Giggle & Hoot Pie Company is a family business rooted in generations of farming and artisan food craft. Sandy grew up on her family’s dairy farm, where her love of baking began, later selling homemade pies to local shops. Sandy and her husband Andy went on to create Two Hoots Cheese, makers of the award winning Barkham Blue, twice crowned Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. Their daughter Nia joined the business in 2011, continuing the family tradition. After 23 successful years, the cheesemaking legacy was passed on to family members at Village Maid Cheese. Returning to their roots, the family launched Giggle & Hoot — bringing together treasured recipes, farming heritage and decades of artisan experience. Today, Sandy, Andy and Nia craft hearty savoury and sweet pies for farmers’ markets and shops, all made with quality local ingredients and a genuine love of traditional baking.
