In addition to “best steaks in britain” (42 day dry aged Sirloin – Great British Butchers Awards 2019), grass-fed beef, local lamb, free range pork and poultry, home made black pudding, home cured and smoked bacon, they are especially well-known for their award-winning sausages in a vast range of flavours.

All the sausages are handmade and include pork, beef, poultry, lamb, chipolata, gluten free and pork free as well as kangaroo and various venison varieties.
