Summer Gold

Grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in the heart of the South Downs, Summer Gold is a truly field-to-bottle British rapeseed oil. We oversee the entire journey ourselves from planting and nurturing the crop through to harvest, pressing and bottling.

We are immensely proud to have produced the world’s first certified low-carbon rapeseed oil, reducing our carbon footprint by over 50% setting a new benchmark for sustainable food production.

Rather than focusing on speed and maximum extraction, we use a slow, gentle cold-pressing process designed to preserve the natural character of the rapeseed.

The result is a beautifully golden oil with a distinctive flavour and a smooth, premium finish, made without the intensive refining processes associated with conventional refined vegetable oils. From roasting and frying to dressings, marinades, baking and simply drizzling over finished dishes, Summer Gold is an exceptionally versatile British oil like no other.
