Over the boundary rope of the oldest cricket pitch in England… The Frog & Wicket will hit you for six with delicious food, a fantastic choice of ales and outdoor areas to suit all ages. There’s even a skittle alley and several function rooms if you wish to book a party.

Using exceptional ingredients sourced from hand-picked suppliers, our Head Chef Phillip Hedley and his team have created a tantalising menu packed with pub classics.

That doesn’t mean we’re standing still, however. New specials always appear on the board, so there’s always something different to tempt even the most traditional of taste buds, and look out for our seasonal specials throughout the year.

Be aware if you fancy one of our traditional, freshly cooked Sunday roasts though – it’s highly advisable to book your table in advance.
