It handcrafts Indian Restaurant-Quality cooking sauces, using ethically sourced local produce and a secret family recipe. Designed for health-conscious individuals, who seek convenience without compromising on nutrition – the sauces empower home cooks to prepare authentic, healthier curries in under 20 minutes.
Fatima Zaman is the proud owner and the recipes for the craft sauces were first established at her Father´s Indian restaurants. When the restaurants were sold, she missed the clean-tasting dishes, and as a busy, health-conscious person, looked for a quick and healthier solution to the supermarket sauces. This resulted in her handcrafting her own range, using natural ingredients and her Father´s secret recipe.
All the cooking sauces are handcrafted in small batches, using only organic produce sourced from local suppliers. Sustainable practices are adhered to throughout the production process: from cleaning materials, eco-conscious suppliers, recycling, to opting for green delivery slots; to reduce the carbon footprint.
The business is purpose-led and committed to social good; it not only focusses on generating profit, but creating and nurturing a mission to believe; the latter lays the foundations that resonates with loyal customers, and distinguishes Zaman Condiments and Sauces from the ´crowd´.
