Hampshire Fare will make its debut at the Speciality Fine Food Fair this September, showcasing top local producers on a national stage thanks to the support of New Forest, Test Valley and Winchester councils.

The event which will take place at Olympia London on 9 and 10 September 2025 is one of the UK’s top trade shows for artisan and premium food and drink, attracting thousands of buyers from retail, hospitality, and wholesale sectors.

The new Taste of Hampshire stand will feature a selection of the county’s finest producers, including ChalkStream Foods, (Romsey), Boka Food, (Winchester), Callaloo Corner, (Winchester), New Forest Shortbread, and | The Fabulous Catch Company, (New Forest).

The stand will help raise the profile of Hampshire’s rural economy and promote the region as a hub for high-quality, locally sourced food and drink. It also offers a valuable platform for small businesses to connect with national buyers and influencers.
