Callaloo Corner creates award-winning Caribbean sauces inspired by family recipes from Trinidad and crafted in small batches in Winchester. Our range includes four Great Taste Award winners – the Spicy Pineapple BBQ Sauce and three hot sauces: Doux Doux (Chayote & Tamarind), Jeez-an-Ages (Apple & Mango), and Papa Yo! (Papaya & Carrot) – alongside other vibrant hot sauce combinations such as Kaiso Beetz (Beetroot & Tamarind) and Roasted Tomato Extra Hot.
Made with natural ingredients, all our sauces are plant-based and gluten free. They’re wonderfully versatile – used as condiments, marinades, cooking sauces or dips – and pair beautifully with meats, fish, and plant-based dishes alike.
