New Forest Pasta Co. is a New Forest-based artisan food producer specialising in small-batch bronze-die fresh pasta, focaccia, artisan pasta sauces, and Italian-inspired desserts. Inspired by traditional Italian cooking and contemporary flavours, we create handcrafted dishes using high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced produce where possible.

Our pasta is produced in small batches using a professional bronze-die extrusion process to create the rustic texture and quality associated with authentic artisan pasta.

Alongside our fresh pasta range, we produce a selection of slow-cooked sauces, seasonal specials, ready-to-eat pasta pots, focaccia, and desserts designed for both retail and event catering.

We attend farmers’ markets and food events across Hampshire and the New Forest, while also offering private and corporate catering, supper clubs, and click & collect services from our container kitchen. Our focus is on flavour-led food, quality ingredients, and bringing authentic Italian-inspired dishes to local customers in a fresh, approachable, and artisan way.
