Award-winning Fabulous Catch Company to bring Lobster & Fizz experience to Lymington Seafood Festival
The Fabulous Catch Company is thrilled to announce its return to this year’s Lymington Seafood Festival, teaming up with Hattingley Valley in their exclusive Fizz Garden. Visitors can enjoy a signature native lobster feast alongside perfectly chilled British sparkling wine, sunshine, and live music.
The star of the show is fresh, local lobster cooked by three-time Michelin-starred culinary legend, Chef Herbert Berger. Guests can tuck into a spectacular lobster dinner, griddled to perfection and smothered in either a rich garlic, lemon, and parsley butter or an aromatic ginger, chilli, lime, and coriander butter. The dish comes accompanied by a crisp summer salad and iconic Koffmann’s Fries, courtesy of Herbert’s friend and fellow culinary icon, Pierre Koffmann.

The Lymington Seafood Festival takes place from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July and includes around 100 incredible seafood dishes from lobster and oysters to seafood tacos, monkfish and smoked salmon. Watch top chefs live on stage, led by Luke Holder, Lime Wood HH&Co, alongside the High Street Kitchen’s Gavin Barnes, Leo Champion from The Montagu Arms, and Careys Manor Cambium’s Dylan James.
