Downlands Estate

Downlands is a historic, family-run estate on the Surrey Hampshire border, with roots reaching back to 1550. Today, under the stewardship of James Gilboy, the estate champions regenerative farming, an approach that yields exceptional flavour and superior nutritional value while restoring soil health and supporting biodiversity.

The farm is home to English Shorthorn cattle, pasture-raised chickens and sheep, and woodland-raised pigs and turkeys, all raised with the freedom to roam its thriving pastures and ancient woodlands.
