V Rum

Based in Eastleigh, V is a bold and unapologetic celebration of modern British rum-making. Crafted in small batches by Head Distiller Mikey Melrose, V Rum blends tradition with rebellion — rich, smooth, and dangerously drinkable.

Our distillery houses two Holstein manufactured stills, 24,000L of fermentation capacity, extensive heat recovery with production and has the production capacity for one million bottles per year, as well as a private bar for trade events and product experiences.

Our lineup includes a vibrant White Rum, a powerful Overproof, and a flavourful Spiced Rum, all designed to perform equally well neat or in a cocktail. Furthermore our newly launched Ready-to-drink range delivers bar-quality serves on the go. Available in three bold flavours, Tropical Crush, Grapefruit Twist and Spiced Rum & Cola.
