A family-run Hampshire business making award-winning ice cream from the edge of the New Forest.

Our story began in 1983, when we set out to make great ice cream using traditional recipes and quality ingredients. More than 40 years later, we’re still independently owned and passionate about what we do, with our ice cream enjoyed in restaurants, hotels, attractions and homes across the UK.

The New Forest is a big part of our identity. We’re proud of our Hampshire roots and the strong connection we have with our local community, while continuing to develop new flavours and ideas alongside the classics our customers know and love.

From our award-winning Vanilla to vibrant sorbets and an ever-growing range of innovative ice creams, we believe great ice cream starts with care, quality and a genuine love of the craft. Four decades on, our ambition remains simple: to make ice cream we’re proud to call New Forest Ice Cream.
