Coconut espresso martini

The cocktail team at the Isle of Wight Distillery

Ingredients

25ml Mermaid Salt Vodka

25ml espresso

12.5ml coconut liqueur

12.5ml coffee Liqueur

Method

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes and a pinch of grated nutmeg to garnish.
