British Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients

50ml Whimsical Forager Lemon & Basil Liqueur

75ml Hambledon Sparkling Wine

30ml (approx) Hartridges Lemonade

Ice cubes

Fresh basil or mint sprig and fresh lemon slices
Method

Half-fill a large wine glass or goblet with ice

Pour the liqueur over the ice, followed by the sparkling wine, and top with the lemonade

Gently stir the mixture once or twice to combine

Garnish and serve
