Creamy Crab Linguine

Ingredients:

200g linguine

150g dressed crab

2 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

100ml double cream

Zest & juice of ½ lemon

A handful of fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or pea shoots)

Parmesan shavings to serve

Salt & cracked black pepper

Method

  • Cook the linguine in salted water until al dente.In a pan, gently sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  • Stir in the crab, lemon zest, and cream. Heat gently — don’t boil.
  • Add the drained pasta with a splash of the cooking water, tossing until coated.
  • Finish with lemon juice, herbs, and generous Parmesan shavings.
  • Plate up and garnish with extra herbs for that summer-fresh touch.
