Vegan and gluten-free chocolate mousse

If you’re entertaining friends of family who are vegan or gluten intolerant, then this chocolate mousse from Mortimer Chocolate is a gem for your festive table – or for any time of year.

It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and doesn’t need an oven or a fridge!

Ingredients

  • 50g Mortimer Chocolate Cacao Powder
  • 25g Mortimer Chocolate Chocolate Powder
  • 25g Mortimer Chocolate White Couverture Powder
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 250ml coconut cream

Method

In a mixing bowl, use an electric whisk to whisk the coconut cream until it forms stiff peaks. This process takes a few minutes.

Add the cacao powder, the chocolate powder, the white couverture powder and the icing sugar, and whisk evenly together.

Add the mousse into ramekins and enjoy!
